We can now announce that we will be able to hold our Easter multi-sports holiday club at Caterham High School. Due to government guidelines, spaces are limited, so contact us if you are interested to avoid disappointment.
Our popular holiday club is packed full of activities for all abilities. Basketball, gymnastics, dance, cricket or rounders are just a few of the sports available.
We offer two different Holiday Club Camps in two different dates:
Covid information:
In PTC we are very much aware of the Government and Public Health England guidelines on social distancing, and we operate ensuring children, staff and parents’ safety. But that doesn’t mean your children can’t have fun!
These are some of the protective measures we are going to implement:
In order to keep everyone safe, we are asking that you do not bring your child if they:
Children who turn up with a cough – or who are accompanied by an adult or sibling with a cough – or who are otherwise obviously unwell, will not be accepted by the registering leader. The leader’s decision on this matter is final, and neither they nor we at head office will engage in any discussion on the matter.
Please be responsible when making a decision about registering and bringing your child – bringing a child who is mildly ill, even if you are sure they are well enough to attend, could threaten the health of other children, and of our staff. Our staff are required to self-isolate at the first sign of any symptoms, so if you send a poorly child – even if you are convinced that they do not have COVID-19 – you risk us having to cancel all future sessions for this season because our staff will be unable to work.
Staffing
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, our activity professionals have completed an Infection Prevention, Mitigation and Management qualification in order to provide the very best care to the children under their supervision, and to colleagues.
We have revised our activities to ensure that they can be delivered whilst observing the 2m social distancing rule. This does mean some activities will not be on offer this summer, such as contact sports, but most importantly it will facilitate the delivery of fun and engaging activities in a SAFE way.
Day swap:
Spaces are given on a first come first serve basis, once a child is booked onto a day, this day CANNOT be swapped, this is to ensure bubbles have the correct number of children in them and that the time taken to organise the day for the coaches is not disrupted.
Refunds:
We cannot issue refunds if your child decides to not attend your select booking.
If at any point your child is NOT permitted to attend the camp due to COVID-19 symptoms and has to self-isolate, please be aware that we will be offering a transfer to another camp in the future.
