Saturday 11th October will mark the first of many fun and enjoyable sports activities aimed at increasing participation rates within young children in Liverpool.
Georges Mboa who is leading the initiative and scheme says “It will be great to see so many children attending our free activities such as hockey, cricket, fencing and football between 10am – 3pm. We really are going to have a host of sports activities for them to try out. Sport is my passion and if I can give something back to my community and the children then this is the perfect opportunity”
The multi sports activity session will be taking place at the Jubilee Sports Bank in Merseyside from 10am until 3pm on Saturday the 11th October. Parents are urged to book in advance as places are limited by calling T: 07448552717 or E: firstname.lastname@example.org to secure their child’s place. The event promises to be an occasion not to be missed with a special guest also coming along to meet the children.
Children will need to wear appropriate sports clothing and bring along a packed lunch and refreshments.
